Start with the belief.

I believe that on some level I've chosen everything that happens in my life (this gets people closer to radical personal responsibility).

If I don't like what's happening then I either haven't seen the lesson or I've got some limiting belief that is obscuring it.

Something fucky happens, I observe it, I respond & then I reflect. WTF? Then my mind will either draw a connection or I'll decide that I do not know what that was about. Sometimes I perceive how crazy I must appear to people as a burst out laughing & talk to a bird or some inanimate object.

I don't think crazy people exist any more, it's a crazy world & most people aren't allowing themselves to notice. Most people have some very limiting beliefs.
