👍 I am in. Time to rescue that bamboo.

From what I've been able to tell, if it's in a ditch, it's legal to do. That kind of takes the fun out of it, but you're probably helping the city/county/state that maintains that ditch.

If it's anywhere else, like between railroad tracks and a nursery fence (where bamboo was no longer sold) ... pick your time of day, and day of the week, wisely!

I cannot confirm, or deny, that I've rescued bamboo from such a place ... at 5AM ... on a Sunday. 😜
