Yeah but if you're only storing kind 1s your sharing the link to the media, not the actual media. He's talking more like if you're serving thousands of keys that's going to add up quickly. This is more about storage needs for relays than bandwidth.

I mean I don't agree with it. Where does it stop. What else is going to be moved to a new NIP? Just block the new kind and be done with it. Or, you know, just block posts that have client tags if you're that worried. 😂
