Nowdays moneys define who has first class citizenship, everyone who does not have enough moneys is an under privileged second class citizen - still having many freedoms, but no matter how much contribution he/she gives to the community, that person is under privileged.

But in our decentralised future, with crypto WOT and zero knowledge proofs for our IDs, we can create communities with governance on the Dow, and places can discriminate according to whatever they want.

Fine... People know the rules and abide by the rules. Same can be for hotels, restaurants, or any service or trade...
