I wasnt so kind to my director. He told me he senses I dont respect his position. I told him respect is earned and he isnt qualified for his position. My wife was freaked out that I would get fired the next week....

....less than 4 months later, someone higher up (VP) who spies on us and loves what I say, transferred him and the manager that reports to him and governed me to another division.

My new director is an easy going dude who is like "hey man, if you need to go offline for a few hours just let me know, its all good."
