That sounds so good. The recipe I use is a sourdough discard recipe, I don't remember where it came from, but it's very similar; honey instead of molasses and sourdough starter discard instead of buttermilk and walnuts because I love nuts in it. Agree on the next day banana bread 🫄🤤
