Exactly. They just need money to get though the month of expenses. Compared to their own local currency with terrible inflation the dollar doesn't look that bad. It's pretty stable. These people can't afford to have Bitcoin and have it drop ten or fifteen percent in a week and suddenly they're short on rent. They're barely making it and Bitcoin is too risky.
