don't eat toxic processed shit and you don't need supplements. i see you eat a lot of the vegetation crap that I think isnt good for you, but provided you're eating clean and getting high fat meat then you shouldn't need anything unless you have other health problems. I take magnesium occasionally as I have and irregulat heartbeat issue (all my life) and magnesium stabilises that.

vegetarians and vegans need supplements as there are some things like B12 and K2 you can only get from animal products.
