Check it out, just released nq (Nostr Quora), a web application for managing a FROST multisig quorum over a nostr key. I've occasionally seen people asking for this for years now, and I don't think any of the existing FROST projects really tick all the boxes (correct me if I'm wrong though).

This tool uses DKG to ensure that no member holds the complete key material, and allows for rotating members in/out. It also has quorum chat (using NIP 17) so that you can have a conversation about proposed events.

I recommend you create a separate nostr key when using this, not just because this is alpha software (90% vibe coded protocol and code), but also because these messages will clutter your NIP 17 DMs and vice versa.
