There is no known cure, turned out into chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic stress syndrome. Improving goes very slow.
Basically trying to pioneer my own cure at this point since nobody can help me. I was mismanaged so immensely that the small usual burnout became an extreme exception case. So now I just need to invent something that works.
My working theory is that the burnout part actually frequently is solved but due to being forced to be in bed for years due to a fight with a malicious company doctor that took all my energy at the time and not being a sporty guy to begin with I think I just lost a lot of muscle during that time.
So my current hope is that weight training makes sitting and work days less intense so I can handle more again. So far that does seem to hold up, but since I have such a small energy budget I cant train like healthy people do making it a slow progression. If I train to hard I have no energy left for my work days.
