Marik tested an idea in a hospital. Did observational in emergency to give a treatment for sepsis. Then he said he was going to do a double blind. Nurses refused because the treatment had cured 100% of people. They're obviously correct, if administering a treatment with no side effects and getting that result, they're essentially signing up to killing people if they'd said yes.
