I agree it's being built on a lot of credit and if they don't cut rates soon to ease credit conditions the expansion will hit a wall.

But what if what's being built has persistence? It becomes so intrinsically wired into every company's and individual's workflow that society can't afford for it to go away.

What if it becomes as essential to our economy as the highway system and rail system in every country that moves millions of tons of materials and goods per day?
