This is confusing... Is Sparrow running on your laptop or on your Start9? You said you installed it "using the Start9 marketplace," so I would assume on your Start9, but I don't see Sparrow wallet available in the Start9 marketplace, so maybe you haven't updated to StartOS 0.4.0, yet?

In any case, if you installed Sparrow on your laptop, you'll need to have an electrum server like Electrs or Fulcrum running on your Start9 and give Sparrow the local address for it. That assumes, of course, that your laptop and Start9 are on the same network, of course. If not, you'll need to give Sparrow the Tor address for your electrum server instead.
