  "content": "The more Costa Rica booms, the higher the level of immorality in contracts and higher the extortion. It's fascinating to watch. Small guilds extort foreigners, prices get driven up, ticos blame gentrification and the foreigners which to a point might be fair but to get any return of capital, all prices have to rise to cover the guild extortion. Mostly lawyers and civil engineers. Crazy societally but the market will keep driving it. Not sure how locals keep up. I do wonder if they look at architects and engineers in all the flashy cars, will they eventually join the dots? Doubt it, easier to blame gringos. Pura vida indeed!",
