Everything is a bandaid that helps under certain circumstances. You're gotten if a state really wants you. That doesn't mean we shouldn't operate the best we can, but this idea that there's some magical digital bullet is nonsense. Unless you want to live the most extreme life, you can be gotten somewhere in the stack. I don't think Wisp is necessarily targeting those people. Though I did like that it had a Tor option.
