Ok I see what you’re saying. I’m probably only going to have room for a small tent probably like a 2x2x4 or 2x3x4… As for outdoors I’m probably goin...
Here are some pics from my first "solo grow". I would never let my plants looks like this now. I didn't know about the proper way to prune back then, and was just learning how to make sure they were healthy and large.
I was growing for the first patients of our newly-passed medical legislation, and no one had any supply. Patients would get their card from the state, then call our organization asking for medicine. Our response was, "You have to grow it yourself", as there were no dispensaries. We also let them know that we could supply them until they had a garden setup with their caregiver/grower.
Each garden was only allowed to have three flowering plants at any given time, so the goal of our organization was to have the caregivers grow as big as possible, and have monthly harvests, until more gardens could be established.
In the pictures, you can see what size plant a five-gallon bucket will get you. All pictures here, except the last one, are in the "veg room", so the plants did get bigger than what's pictured, but not by much. I built the wood pots. You might notice in some pictures that I drilled holes and cut spiral grooves with a jigsaw to anchor tie-downs. This is to get the plant's branches to be wide, instead of just growing vertically.
Each of my rooms had a 1000 watt Metal-Halide and 1000 w High Pressure Sodium light. This gave the widest spectrum possible, as MH lights are slighty toward the blue spectrum, and HPS are slightly toward the red. Each room had a 2" duct that connected to outdoor air, an 18' oscillating fan, and a 465 cfm blower. The blower was overkill, but the next size down (295 cfm), was a tad too small. Most people forget about airflow, and focus on light, nutrients, water, and love (your time and attention). Air is VERY important, so make sure to include it in your indoor plans. These plants had 100% organic soil and fertilizers.
