Ever since I cut out most carbs, I’ve felt so much better. I used to wake up feeling like I’m borderline dead. Couldn’t imagine what my life would be like in 10 years even… my body ached everywhere. I could barely lift anything heavy without my joints screaming at me. I felt constantly bloated like a pig 🐷 😂
Now, I feel like I’m made of steel with boundless energy. I can lift, do whatever, zero aches. No bloating.
I also used to be borderline hypertensive. And now I’m well in the normal range.
If any of this is at all relatable, give high protein low carb “diet” a try. But, maybe make it a lifestyle as I have.
I still occasionally eat carbs. It’s hard to avoid at times and that’s fine with me as long as it doesn’t put a burden on my life.
