It happens once a month ish, new this week is customers talking at my desk on speaker phone. 2 days in a row is… fun 😅

I receive quite a few speaker phone calls. If I keep asking them to repeat themselves, and mention that I'm having a hard time hearing them, they often switch. Then I clearly hear, "Is this better?"

As if speaker phone ever had adequate quality audio. 🤦🏻‍♂️
