That’s my favourite choice as well. Easiest way to get you started: Download qbitorrent. On the main page you’ll see a transfers tab and a search tab. Go to search. Then bottom right of screen click on search plugins. Here you can add trackers (where to find the torrents). There’s a link there to look for trackers directly on this page. I would say good ones to add are 1337x, bit search, eztv, nyaa.si, piratebay, torrent project. Once you’re used to qbitorrent, if you want, we can look into automating everything with the arr suite https://www.qbittorrent.org/
