No I dont assert that the Jews are the primary problem... nor that they are unproblematic...

The plot is much thicker than "its the jews", which should be clearer nowadays as we can see that this is what the masses are being led to believe, promoted heavily in quarters which were just a decade prior absolutely forbidden from doing so.
