The HP Omnibook 6100 was actually the first laptop I ever bought. It came with a Pentium3-1000 and 512MB RAM, not much, but enough to run win2k and later even bitcoin-qt.

The Asus EeePC 1000H already had 1GB Ram, but its Atom CPU isn't really much (or any) better than the P3-1000. Again just about enough power to run bitcoin on it back in the days.

There was a time when both of them mined about 1-2 Blocks per day. Sounds like a joke, doesn't it? But that's all you needed in 2010 to start mining, just some CPU that works, no matter how fast or slow.

And the best part: they both still work! On the Omnibook a display hinge is broken and oc both batteries are dead, but besides that they still work just fine ~20years later.
