Dropbox alternative where you pay somebody to store your data. Every day, you ask for a small amount (1 kilobyte) and they respond with a Merkel proof that they have it

For redundancy, you pay multiple services to store the same data, with your client (or watchtower) ensuring you always have at least N copies

All encrypted, only your client knows the decryption key

To change the data, you update the Merkel root with the server, sign something to release the old one, and the server signs that it is now responsible to host the new one

This allows us to prove if the server has failed
