I also think you're right about being too quick to jump to custody for adoption. But I have no control over that. All I can do is be around as one opinion in a sea of opinions and hopefully change a mind.

I think this will largely be solved with technology over time. The gap will hopefully get smaller. It already has in the short 5 years since I held a mix of shitcoins on Coinbase until today. A lot. I think people will go from shit coin to freedom maxis much faster over time. And if not explicitly, by virtue of improved UX and products.
