Looked into it, and it’s not worth it for most people. It’s not through Coinbase directly, they’re just the custody partner for a company called Better. The interest rates are higher than a normal mortgage, and the amount of overcollateralization they need is insane. Pretty much the only people who can take advantage of this are whales with high fiat income.
