It's python. What's so hard to understand. It's pretty plain English. Anyways you don't have to know how to read it even. Just download Python, open a notepad, paste it in and change the extension from txt to pay and just run it.

It's like the shortest script ever. I would think if you actually read it instead of turning your brain off because you say some equal signs, you could understand what it's doing.

It's not rocket science.
