Every currency that the Nostr protocol supports. But they can totally make other currency agreements too, that's none of my business. With NoorNote, I'm not acting as a payment provider here. Service providers can introduce themselves and their offerings, clients can reach out (via NIP-17 DMs), and whatever happens between the two of them after that is none of my concern.
