🤣 I was super skeptical too. All comes down to lived experience and personal interpretation. There is a longitudinal study from Sweden that was actually relatively good science worth looking at though. Not seed oils but measuring cancer prevalence with and without sunscreens and various exposure levels. All questionnaire so plenty confounding potential but did suggest best is moderate sun exposure without sunscreen. Personally, ill still use if getting in the water but only zinc based after diving into sunscreen ingredients years ago. Easiest at tge end of the day is a hat, long sleeves and not too high a dose of dogma
