As it turns out my back is not well enough to go volunteer for even just an hour 😭

What's weird is that the dissociation means I don't exactly register the pain accurately. So I feel like everything's fine until my leg gives out on me.

Like oh, no, it's not fine. I was hit by a car I need to keep reminding myself 😭🤣

It is SO FRUSTRATING. I took for granted how much of my life goes well just because I have a very strong back, I look forward to coming back even stronger than ever! 💪
