I hope so its in my daily vitamin stack.
If you've been using the same type for a long time, it's better to switch to a different compound every now and then.
The recommended dosages on the bottle are almost always for "if you're healthy, and want to make sure you're getting enough", and not "if you're highly deficient and need to increase the amount in your body". Also, there may be other factors causing a deficiency, either from lack of uptake (it doesn't work all alone), or it being eaten away by something else.
The amount of travel might be a large factor here, especially if you're waking up by the numbers on the clock, since each timezone change is going to give you a hit to your biological rhythms. If you're frequently on Central Time, it might be better to keep those hours when you're back to the Pacific timezone.
