That means they determine who will be a talking head on Nostr, who will be an influencer. Shadowbanning is absolutely censorship, when Primal does it, when Twitter does it. You might not think that it’s censorship because it isn’t outright blocked, but it is probabilistic and statistical censorship. “I can see it on Primal” is not an evidence of a lack of censorship on social media services.
