It's not a gamble, this IS the stance. If there's a fork down the road, we all need a clear market signal to know which one has greater economic support. Noise on X or nostr doesn't count, that's cheap to inflate.

Miners won't act ideologically, they'll act in their best interest and mine whatever coin the market demands. Future markets are helpful in picking up the signal and reducing the noise.

This has happened already and was what helped bring clarity to the segwit2x fork debacle, months before it was due to happen.

If bip-110 has any real support, a futures market should help bring it forward in a meaningful way.
