Most of my sky anomalies have been at night. Some were just unexplainable by normal happenings, and some were even playful. However, while driving past Mt. Shasta one afternoon, I saw a very large, angular, metalic shape out of my peripheral vision at the top of the driver's side window.

When I would look directly at it, it wasn't there/visible. When I would look back at the road, it was there. I consider most of the odd stories around Mt. Shasta due to a combination of imagination, expectation, and hippie drugs, but this experience had me spooked. I had the feeling of being watched, and a vibe that wasn't "friendly".
