Anyone thought about an algorithm for promoting new npubs? Like the opposite of a trending feed.

Notes by accounts under a certain age with under a certain number of followers. Obviously no bots (it really shouldn't be hard to filter out the worst of the spam bots)

I think it would especially be useful to new people, more useful for new people to find other new people.
