Rolling out some new builds to cover an issue we found with our new Tor library.

This has uncovered a very common misconfiguration we’re catching on tons of platforms: mixing Tor v3 services and SSL together. Basically, SSL is redundant when using Tor v3 hidden services so it’s considered non-standard.

Nonetheless, rolling fix will handle this misconfiguration gracefully.
