This update improves the Bitcoin Postage integration and adds support for calculated shipping rules! Now, customers can get a quote based on location when checking out (shoutout to nostr:npub1kyeml3tma4su8yw5aru48wgxclchp8zr3kguwhakmtmegjw40zws82sfjk for giving me a nudge).

NOTE: A Bitcoin Postage account and API key is required to use this feature. Purchasing the shipping label using the account is optional (i.e. you can still purchase from another provider if you have a better price and paste the tracking number in your dashboard).
