I pay attention to a lot. I frequently weigh things out, look for patterns, experiment, etc. Part of me is a scientist, while other parts are more mystical. I've had enough "unexplainable" experiences to know there is a lot more going on than our usual senses detect. At the same time, I know that obscure subjects are where a lot of BS can be introduced.
When I was in 7th grade, I realized that adults didn't know jack about God, and related subjects. So I took a moment to connect with God, and said that I'm going to wander to-and-fro looking for the truth, and that all I ask is that if I stray too far, to be slapped back on the path. So far, it's been fun exploring all that I can.
