I love suggesting Linux to tech support customers with Windows headaches.

Another "win" was a few weeks ago when someone's subscription to Office was giving them troubles. I was able to activate what they paid for, but while doing so, I mentioned LibreOffice. Before the end of the call, I was asked, "What's that free one you were talking about? My husband wants to install that on his computer." 😉
