If I had to pick one the Trezor would be the no brainer.

But I don't, and I trust neither.

Being told I have to use their software alone is probably enough reason to keep me away. Their also supporting shitcoins is another big strike.

Advocating against providing your own entropy is another thing I'd take issue with.

It can be used safely, using the command line tool and importing your own key that you generate out of band, but if I have to work against the way its designed to use it well it's not really likely going to get my money.
