According to this all they need is a LN address tag on their profile https://soapbox.pub/blog/mostr-zaps/

The date on that is 2024, over 2 years ago, an eternity in Nostr time. Mostr is a failed project IMHO. There was no acceptance on the other side. They aren't using zaps, AP users see your name as a raw npub, most AP servers block the mostr bridge, and the ones that don't fill Nostr with porn & spam. YMMV, but I'll keep blocking it thanks.
