I've found not using free relays for inbox can help a lot. When they get really bad I'll drop back to just spatia-arcana and my own haven relay.

I've found them useful for my own practice at their current numbers.

I find my reaction & interaction with them to be quite fascinating in itself. It's helping me exist with trolls better - nostr has been relatively troll free compared to Xitter.

While they are providing me some small value, I'll not actively avoid them all.
