Yup. Some let you sign in just to block you (spotify) others do it at layer 3.

So many things are on GitHub now, binaries and source, both being blocked or heavily restricted. On good days I have to sign in to GitHub to see anything. (I pay them for a pro account or whatever it's called btw)

I'm pricing out inference alternatives anthropic and openai apis are also super flakey either they're down or they're blocking me half the time.
