It's a decent additive. You get enough creatine from red meat though, so taking more is just "filling the tank" and once it's full you literally just piss out the extra creatine as waste.
Take it post workout/working. Great with a black coffee, I usually do it one or twice a week now as I'm trying to cut down coffee as well.
Be careful of looking bloated too, like cheeks neck and face etc. you'll balloon up with water 😂
