Crazy, how the vast majority of builders here aren't building for a salary. Maybe, loooong term, but that's not the priority.

I'd happily be putting more effort here, if there was an investment of my growth, over an investment in my aligning with one entity's vision. Help me figure out what I want to build, how I can talk about it, who I can reach out to. Pay my monthly AI bill - anything that says you care.

I find that way more powerful than giving me a salary and then telling me to figure the rest out.
