Unfortunately not but anywhere that accepts Bitcoin directly could in theory also accept Monero too directly, or indirectly.

In Switzerland, you can spend Both Bitcoin, & Monero drastically easier than in The U.S.

Bitcoin just barely started having decent tools like Flexa to be accepted.

Even Bitcoin 3 to 5 years ago was basically impossible to spend but it’s easier now.

Same will be true with monero.
