  "content": "Trying to \"grease the groove\" and grabbing the heavy things throughout the day. I'm consistently inconsistent with my fitness journey. But did a total of 25 25lb kettlebell swings the other day 5 at a time and can curl the 35 lb one a few times in a row now throughout the day. I'm not quite brave enough to try swinging the bigger one yet, but jumped from the 20 to the 25lb almost immediately. They're scary at first but once you realize you're not going to throw the thing pretty fun. #tryingtodothethings #kettlebellswingin ",
