With relays we tend to use the user's and host's relays. There is a default list in there for new-user creation but not much else.

We will at some point move the browse screens to be the first screens (probably a Tiktok-style scrolling carousel), and the creator screens to be second. For these early versions that was about being noticed as a tool for creators, as we were first to do it.
If you do not like "Craig is here" you can choose not to sign 10312's, or use a guest acc. But it is good feedback so perhaps I can make it optional.
You may prefer to use the shosho.live website rather than the app as it should be very good for browsing and watching.

I recently moved from that method of work in Cline, where I experienced all the same issues, to running multi agents on auto-approve in Vibe-Kanban on top of Codex and Claude Code. This new method is much faster and the agents much smarter.
I think Cline's system gets in the way a lot.
IMO a system where you can trust their work mostly comes down to two things.
1. Isolation. Each agent works in a discrete work tree and can make its changes only there.
2. Verification. Giving the AI the tools they need to test their own work at multiple levels. Run TDD. Build and run your own Jest suite. Call the actual API endpoints and use them. Use Playwright and Maestro to capture screenshots before and after, and diff them. Etc
I think isolation and verification probably solve a lot of what you are concerned for.
