Ai asisted mass surveillance. They started with license plate readers that plot you in real time on a map that police and some businesses can access for a fee. All without a warrant and in most jurisdictions your travel history is stored for a month or more. Supposedly it stops crime but in reality it creates a control grid for the next big shitshow they are plotting up.
There's a ton of issues, but basically they all boil down to "massive fourth amendment violations."
