Reducing the level of consensus required sounds dodgy though? Plus some are saying it will not actually stop spam, it will just make it adapt. From what I know about spam that sounds about right... which doesn't mean we should not fight it.

Bringing kids in to the world with the hope that they will support and spread your ideology can be a source of much bitterness and dissatisfaction. I know from personal experience 😉
It all looks great until they hit puberty - then all bets are off. If you did not become a parent with an expectation of what they should become, it will be much easier for both of you.
