and when i did steroids i only looked good for the first year because i was gaining muscle so fast it vacuumed up all the fat from my body to use as calories for growth
after 2 years or so my fat has caught up with the muscle and i again looked like shit except instead of being 180 lbs i was 240 lbs and instead of benching 275 lbs i was benching 400 lbs
but i was just as smooth as when i started
all professional bodybuilders use high volume training AND cardio on top of counting calories and using fat burning drugs
