WTF is the point of money if you can never sell it? That's like collecting your grandmothes jewelery or garages full of your grandads tractors for sentimental. Not a store of value, that's a store of sentiment. Bitcoin is made to be spent. Its useless if its never spent. That is half of its core function. The other half is its digital transportability. That is what gives it its value.

Buy bitcoin and never sell it? Maybe not ALL of it, but that's not reasonable. The reason you have money in the first place is to be a "delay channel" for your wealth.
So, yes sell your bitcoin, but as little as possible and never sell your "nest egg". That's not just a rule for bitcoin, that's always been a rule for savings.

One should not possess more than a few thousand sats in a cashu mint, or whatever amount you are tolerant to risk. You can offload your excessive balance into a self-custodial lightning wallet, such as Zeus. If you are a serious user, you can run your own mint - even one on your phone connected to your own lightning channels.
For onboarding users, using a centralized mint should be sufficient - because firstly, you aren't advocating any particular mint, and secondly, a new user shouldn't need to worry about self custody right out the gate because it's complicated, and thirdly, moving to true self-custody is part of the learning experience.

Here is an idea to handle offline receive through lnaddress -
Zeus could unify its LDK and Cashu capabilities by turning its Lightning Address endpoint into a conditional settlement layer. When a sender resolves a user’s LN address, the Zeus backend would first check the availability of the user’s LDK node. If the node is online and reachable, it returns a standard Lightning invoice generated by the LDK wallet, allowing direct, non-custodial settlement over the user’s existing channels and LSP. If the node is offline, instead of failing the receive path, the endpoint returns a Lightning invoice issued by a configured Cashu mint. The sender still experiences a normal Lightning payment, but settlement occurs at the mint, which issues eCash tokens associated with the user.
On the client side, Zeus already has the primitives to complete the loop. When the mobile device comes back online, the wallet detects pending mint-issued tokens (via blinded messages or encrypted delivery) and automatically redeems them into the user’s local wallet or converts them back into Lightning liquidity as appropriate. This creates a seamless dual-mode receive path: synchronous, self-custodial Lightning when online, and asynchronous, mint-buffered receipt when offline. The result is a single LN address that preserves sovereignty under availability while eliminating failed payments due to node downtime, effectively bridging Lightning’s real-time constraint with eCash’s store-and-forward model without exposing complexity to the sender.

These gums can irritate your intestinal wall leading to leaky-gut, and it modifies your gut microbiome by feeding some species of microbes while disadvantaging others. It also can trigger autoimmune responses leading to IBS.

Whether you agree isnt the topic. I'm responding to 25 years of study of anarcho-capitalism. I explained why it is anti-Christ, principally because it presupposes that overall mankind is good, when Christ says it is not.
By arguing against anarcho-capitalism, I am by no means arguing for its "opposite." My position is that it is in-effect no different than communism, and it is not an alternative to statism, but that it is indeed the road to statedom even though it calls itself stateless and promises a stable stateless society.
I do not concede that statism is the only viable system, only that anarcho-capitalism, as it is defined by Molyneux and Rothbard, would not deliver what it promises and instead would result in something far worse than the global kleptocracy we have today.

The Christian position is that mankind tends toward darkness of hearts. The anarcho-capitalist position is that "on average" mankind tends toward ethical decisions and it is "government" itself that defiles society and causes evil. My observation is that anarcho-capitalism is incompatible with a reality absent a "true" Christian society - of which also cannot be demonstrated because none has ever existed and can only exist "at the end of time" and in a world that is perfected in Christ - of which is "the hope" but at least does not portend that man can live in perfect peace without the power of God's influence over their spirit. The foundation of Anarcho-capitalism is anti-christian - unfortunately, but in reality.

Christian anthropology does not make that claim. It begins with the premise that such an equilibrium does not arise naturally. It assumes the persistence of disordered will and does not rely on system design to correct it. Rothbard’s model still depends on a functional moral asymmetry: there are bad actors, but also enough “restrained” actors—particularly those in positions of power—to enforce norms like non-aggression without themselves violating them in ways that destabilize the system. That constraint is not derived from capitalism itself; it is assumed.

Anarcho-capitalism is not the same thing as Austrian economics. Austrian economics describes how individuals behave under scarcity and exchange. Anarcho-capitalism makes a prescriptive claim about how society ought to be structured. The fact that Rothbard held both does not make them logically equivalent.
Your argument leans on Austrian assumptions about self-interest, but then extends them into a claim about social stability that is not demonstrated. Saying that people are self-interested does not establish that self-interest will reliably produce a non-aggressive, non-oppressive equilibrium—especially among those who accumulate disproportionate control over property, capital, or security.

It requires a shared normative constraint—that aggression is off-limits—and it requires that this constraint holds even when violating it would be materially advantageous. It begins with the observation that “man is always in a state of anarchy until he encounters the state,” but communism makes a very similar observation: “man begins his life in a communal society where his parents provide for his every need, and he acts in the ‘communal self-interest.’” Both are true, and both are only partially true.
This reflects a pattern of thought that identifies essential truths, distills a view of the world through a single idea, and then extrapolates an idyllic world where people are assumed to be “essentially good.” Marx and Rothbard are more similar than they are different, though this is difficult to see because they appeal to different aspects of self-interest and envy—Marx to envy of the rich, and Rothbard to resentment of the state. Both can be understood as engaging in forms of social engineering, presuming that people are more good than bad.
At root, their shared shortcoming is their rejection of a Christian anthropology.
